During the COVID-19 lockdown, many families in Ratnagiri’s rural areas faced food shortages and loss of livelihood. Our initiative aimed to provide essential food parcels to help local communities sustain themselves through this difficult period.
Concept Behind the Activity
The idea was to extend timely support to underprivileged families affected by the lockdown. By distributing ready-to-eat and essential food items, we ensured basic needs were met while maintaining safety and social distancing.
The activity provided nutritious meals and essential groceries to families struggling during the lockdown. It helped reduce hunger, supported elderly residents, and gave local communities a sense of relief and hope.
